Delivery

Certificates and other items (excluding offset packages) will be delivered within 2-5 days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the website. Where a product is out of stock and these delivery deadlines cannot be met, you will be informed and an estimated date of delivery will be provided. The Zero Carbon Collective agrees to purchase and retire carbon offset instruments, as chosen by the customer, within 120 days of completion of sale. Should the offset products that constitute the chosen package not be available, alternate appropriate instruments will be purchased and retired on the customer’s behalf.

Refunds

Anyone not completely satisfied with goods or services received from The Zero Carbon Collective is entitled to a full refund provided the following conditions can be satisfied:

• In the case of goods, they are returned with 14 days in perfect condition; or
• In the case of services, the service is cancelled within 14 days of the date of purchase.
• Any certificates issued are returned.

This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Returns

Certificates and/or goods must be returned to 252 Long Lane, Finchley, London N3 2RN.
